University of Michigan Environmental Law Contract

This contract is entered into on this day by and between the University of Michigan (hereinafter referred to as “the University”) and the undersigned party (hereinafter referred to as “the Contractor”). This contract sets forth the terms and conditions of the agreement between the University and the Contractor for the provision of legal services related to environmental law.

1. Scope Services The Contractor shall provide legal services related to environmental law, including but not limited to legal research, analysis, drafting of legal documents, representation in court proceedings, and advisory services.
2. Term Agreement This agreement shall commence on the effective date and shall remain in effect until all services have been satisfactorily completed, or until terminated by either party in accordance with the terms of this agreement.
3. Compensation The University shall compensate the Contractor for the services rendered at an hourly rate of $X. The total compensation shall not exceed $X without prior written approval from the University.
4. Confidentiality The Contractor shall maintain the confidentiality of all information and materials provided by the University and shall not disclose such information to any third party without the prior written consent of the University.
